The Wolverines running back rushed for four touchdowns for the second straight game, including two long ones of 40 and 73 yards, as Skyview upset D’Evelyn, ranked No. 4 in 3A, 34-21. Skyview also intercepted Caleb Flack, the state’s leading passer, four times, though Flack was 20-of-37 for 380 yards and two touchdowns.

Brock Berglund, Valor Christian.

The Eagles quarterback completed 17-of-26 passes for 281 yards and two touchdowns and rushed eight times for 53 yards in a 31-2 win over Pueblo South.

Jaleel Awini, Rangeview.

The Raiders quarterback passed for three touchdowns and ran for two — all in the first half — in a 62-0 rout of Aurora Central in the East Metro League. Awini has 11 touchdowns passing and 11 rushing for the season.

99. Yards covered by Lakewood’s Davis Addison, who returned the second-half kickoff for a tying touchdown against Thomas Jefferson. The Tigers, who trailed 14-7 at halftime, went on to a 28-14 victory that kept them unbeaten overall (5-0) and in the Denver Prep League (3-0).
