BOISE, Idaho—Three Colorado men are being held in an Idaho jail and face felony drug charges after police say they attempted to sell three pounds of methamphetamine to an undercover officer.

Police say 32-year-old Alejandro Bello-Tapia, 29-year-old Eleazar Caldera-Herrera and 26-year-old Homero Ortunes-Alvear were each arraigned Monday on charges of delivering a controlled substance.

The men, all from Denver, were booked into the Ada County jail on Friday following an eight-month investigation that was carried out by state and federal authorities.

Each of the men are being held on a $1 million bond.
