COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Yale scored the first three goals and coasted to a 5-1 win over Colorado College in men’s college hockey on Saturday.

Charles Brockett, Andrew Miller and Chad Ziegler staked third-ranked Yale (5-0-0) to a 3-0 lead 2:48 into the second period. The Bulldogs outshot the Tigers 15-4 in the first period.

Stephen Schultz notched the only goal for Colorado College (5-6-1).

Yale outshot the Tigers 40-25.

Bulldogs goalie Ryan Rondeau made 24 saves, while Josh Thorimbert stopped 35 shots for the Tigers.
