Denver police have not decided whether charges will be filed in an incident in which an illegally parked car was towed with a 9-month-old baby inside.
The car was towed after blocking a driveway in the 2100 block of Broadway for at least an hour. The baby was covered with blankets in a car seat in the back. The mother of the girl has not been identified.
