ASPEN, Colo.—Aspen Skiing Co. says one of its off-duty employees has died after a skiing accident at Snowmass.
A Pitkin County deputy coroner says 22-year-old Kiera Tongish of Aspen struck a tree Thursday. She was wearing a helmet.
Company spokesman Jeff Hanle told The Aspen Times she was working her second season in the ticketing department.
