SEOUL, South Korea — South Korea says five sailors are dead, 17 are missing and 20 have been rescued from a fishing boat that sank in the Antarctic Ocean. South Korea says it has asked New Zealand to help in the rescue effort. It says the boat carried eight South Koreans, eight Chinese, 11 Indonesians, 11 Vietnamese, three Filipinos and one Russian.
