DENVER—Gov. John Hickenlooper is promising to protect the state’s land and water resources as his jobs programs go forward.
In his inaugural address Tuesday, Hickenlooper said he wants to protect the natural beauty that helps define Colorado.
He said Colorado must be known for inspiring entrepreneurs and innovative ideas.
