Just days after ex Owen Wilson announced he was set to become a dad, Kate Hudson has announced that she, too, is expecting.
Hudson and her boyfriend, musician Matthew Bellamy, are expecting a child, her second, Us Weekly reports.
The 31-year-old actress, who has been dating the Muse frontman, 32, for nine months, is reportedly 14 weeks along.
“It was not planned, but they are excited and embracing it,” an insider told the mag.
The actress already has a 7-year-old son, Ryder, from her marriage to rocker Chris Robinson of The Black Crowes. They divorced in 2007.
And while Robinson, who is remarried, gave Ryder a half-sibling in December 2009 with the birth of daughter Cheyenne, Hudson is reportedly excited that now it’s her turn.
“She is happy for Ryder to finally have a brother or sister,” the source added.
Eva Longoria apparently has taken another step to erase signs of ex-Tony Parker from her life.
While attending actor Jeremy Renner‘s star-studded birthday party in Los Angeles over the weekend, Longoria’s wrist tattoo commemorating her wedding date, 7/0-7/07, in Roman numerals was no longer visible.
The actress, 35, apparently is ready to move on from the sudden end to her three-year marriage to the NBA star, which ended in November after she discovered hundreds of personal texts allegedly from the wife of Parker’s former teammate Brent Barry. Since the split, Longoria and Parker, 28, have been on friendly terms and have even been spotted sharing a couple friendly meals together.
A rep for the actress declined to comment on whether Longoria lasered off the ink, or just heavily concealed it with makeup.
John Travolta says their 7-week-old baby boy is “a new beginning” for his family.
The actor and his wife, Kelly Preston, posed with their son, Benjamin, for the cover of the new issue of People magazine. Travolta says Benjamin has “brought us a new beginning” and “given the house a renewed spirit and purpose.” Travolta and Preston’s oldest child, son Jett, died in 2008 at the age of 16.
Benjamin was born in November in Florida. Preston, 48, and Travolta, 56, also have a 10-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu.

Shocked to find out about her ex-boyfriend Hef’s marriage proposal to Crystal Harris over Christmas, Holly is now breaking her silence in the magazine.
“I’d like to see Hef settle down,” Holly told Life & Style. “I just want it to be with the right person, and I feel like he’s making a hasty decision. I’m not sure Crystal is the best thing for him.”
While Crystal, 24, moved into the Playboy Mansion only in January 2009, Holly was Hef’s right hand for six years until the two split in October 2008. “Crystal hasn’t been around very long — she’s a mysterious character,” says Holly. “No one knows much about her. Plus, she’s very young, probably too young to settle down. I’ve seen a lot of girls try to date Hef, and some have ulterior motives. I don’t think it would be a bad idea for him to get to know her a little better. I think it’s possible Crystal could break Hef’s heart. They could end up divorcing, and she could take half his money.”
In the end, Holly just hopes Hef has indeed found his perfect match. “I’m not jealous that he’d marry someone else. I just don’t want it to be a girl who’s using him to start her career,” she tells Life & Style. “Basically, I think he could do better than Crystal.”
