LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office Wednesday was reviewing a police investigation into allegations that actress Lindsay Lohan stole a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store. Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, did not return phone messages seeking comment.
