A former Boulder private-fund manager and bank chairman pleaded guilty in federal court Thursday to multiple counts of financial fraud in an alleged $5.6 million scam, the Daily Camera reported. Mark Yost, 47, former chairman of Boulder-based Flatirons Bank, pleaded guilty to four counts of making false statements to banks and one count each of wire fraud, bank fraud and money laundering.
