Two puppies taken from Puppies-N-Stuff in Northglenn with the assistance of a child last week have been recovered, and a 24-year- old man has been arrested.
Northglenn police said Darrell Emery faces a charge of theft by receiving.
Detective Kellon Hassenstab said the two adults and the child who stole the dogs Saturday are still being sought.
Pet-store owner Sandy McDonald told 9News that a child acted as the accomplice to two adults who stole a Chihuahua, priced at more than $300, and a Jack Russell terrier, valued at $400.
