A man was fatally shot Tuesday night in the parking lot of a Denver topless bar.
The shooting happened about 11:45 p.m. in the parking lot of Dandy Dan’s, 214 S. Federal Blvd., said Sonny Jackson, a Denver Police Department spokesman.
Police said two men were in an “altercation” with a third man in the lot when the lone man pulled a gun and shot the victim. The victim was taken to Denver Health Medical Center, where he later died, police said.
The male suspect fled the scene, running east on West Cedar Avenue.
