COMMERCE CITY, Colo.—The Colorado Rapids have signed midfielder Steven Emory and defender Mike Holody.

Terms weren’t disclosed.

Emory led Fort Collins High School to a Colorado state championship in 2005 and spent his college career in Denver at Metro State. He was among 57 players to take part in a three-day tryout with the Rapids in January.

Holody was selected by the Rapids in the fourth round of the 2009 MLS SuperDraft. Last season he was waived before making any appearances for the Rapids.

The Rapids now have 25 players under contract.
