BOULDER, Colo.—Tambre Haddock scored 19 points and Jamie Katuna added 17 Wednesday as the Longmont Trojans beat the Mesa Ridge Grizzlies 67-48 in the Class 4A state semifinals at the Coors Events Center.

Haddock also grabbed 11 rebounds for No. 1 Longmont (26-1), which will play in its second straight state title game on Friday evening.

No. 4 Mesa Ridge (24-3), from Colorado Springs, led 21-12 early in the second quarter, but the Trojans went on a 14-0 run en route to a 33-27 lead at halftime.

Mesa Ridge drew within 33-30 with 6:20 to play in the third quarter, but the Grizzlies were unable to come any closer the rest of the game.
