Three forums are set this week for the Denver City Council’s District 8 election. The race will be decided by write-in vote, following the April 5 death of Councilwoman Carla Madison.
The events are coordinated by registered neighborhood organizations in District 8, which encompasses Five Points, Park Hill, Lower Downtown and City Park.
