TV tidbit. Meribeth Wheatley, administrative assistant at the Denver law firm Pendleton, Friedberg, Wilson & Hennessey, recently discovered that her long-gone mother was among the throng of folks in London who witnessed Queen Elizabeth II’s wedding procession in 1947.
Wheatley’s cousin in England spotted the law-firm assistant’s mum in a crowd shot of people waiting outside for the royal couple that was shown on the telly last week.
“My cousin was able to get a camera shot of the TV screen before the image was gone,” Wheatley said.
