Prematch ritual: I am pretty superstitious — I usually pack the exact same snacks every tournament and warm up the same way.
Time management tip: Whenever I have free time, I’ll make sure I do homework before I go on and check Facebook so I can get it done. I don’t really procrastinate. You have to get ahead, and if you are out of school for a tournament, get with your teachers and turn in the work.
Planned career: Considering business; will play golf at North Carolina State.
My family: Parents Sara and Mike; sisters Leslie, Laura and Leah; brothers Michael and Matthew.
I would love to visit: Fiji.
What high school sports mean to me: I really enjoy high school sports. The last four years, the thing I enjoy the most is the friendships I’ve built meeting new girls in a competitive environment and going out and having a good time.
