A Boulder Valley School District counselor was arrested Wednesday by the Gilpin County Sheriff’s Office, 9News reported.
According to the TV station, David Stansbury, a Monarch High School counselor, is accused of sexual exploitation of a child through the Internet. Investigators said Stansbury sent numerous text messages and requests for nude pictures to an investigator posing as a 14-year-old girl.
Deputies arrested Stansbury at a Lakewood coffee shop.
