The Arête began with 22 offerings, but strong sales have now pared that down to 10 still available, ranging in price from $685,000 to $5 million; at sizes from just over 1,000 square feet to over 4,000. Buyers get to choose from three interior themes: Urban, Oasis, or Zen.

There is a harmony that makes this one of the most sought-after cities in which to live.” His conception for The Arête, he adds, seeks to match Boulder’s energy, vibrancy, and the breathtaking surroundings with architecture and interior finishes that exude those same qualities.
