
Denver police are seeking the public’s help in finding a 19-year-old man they describe as “armed and dangerous.”
Benny Ernest Cruz is suspected of attempted murder, attempted aggravated robbery and felony menacing, according to a Denver Police Department media release.
On April 15, Cruz pulled a gun on a woman who was in a car waiting for friends to come out of a marijuana dispensary at 5050 York St., police said.
Cruz allegedly tried to rob marijuana from the victim and then fled in a red Chevrolet Trailblazer.
Two days later Cruz is suspected of firing a gun into a vehicle with three people in it on Federal Boulevard, police said. No one was injured.
