COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Authorities in Park County say a body found in Elevenmile Reservoir Sunday afternoon near a capsized boat was a 62-year-old woman from Colorado Springs.
The coroner has identified the woman as Susan Christiansen. The Gazette reports that she was married to a Mitch Christiansen but it wasn’t immediately clear whether her husband was the man with the same name who ran for mayor of Colorado Springs this year.
Susan Christiansen was last seen on a boat in the reservoir on Saturday evening. The search for another person believed to be on the boat was temporarily suspended Monday because of bad weather.
