Police are looking for a man suspected of robbing a Rifle bank at gunpoint this morning.
At 10:27 a.m., police were called to the American National Bank after a man walked in with a semi-automatic handgun, according to a news release from the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office.
The suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing in a westbound direction.
The suspect was described as being in his mid-20s, 5-feet, 9-inches to 5-feet, 11-inches tall, thin build and wearing blue jeans, a dark gray or black hoodie, a black ball cap with a white design and a black backpack.
