Officials have identified the woman killed in a car crash on East Hampden Avenue on Sunday night as Shannon Coots of Denver.
Coots, 20, was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:06 p.m., the Denver coroner said in a news release.
Police said Coots was driving east on East Hampden Avenue when she lost control of a car at South Galena Street.
