Colorado slipped to No. 5 in CNBC’s ranking of the top states for business after placing third last year.
Colorado improved its own overall score by 56 points from a year ago, improving the most in infrastrcture and transportation. But the state fell from its 2010 ranking in six of the 10 categories, including cost of doing business.
