But they were wrong: The house sold after only three months.
Orange County billionaire Bill Gross paid between $35 million and $37 million, according to estimates by The Real Estalker.
Aniston bought the house, designed in 1970 by Hal Leavitt, for $13.5 million and she sunk millions into making the house greener.
She is currently living in New York.
Angelina Jolie and her pack of six children enjoyed an afternoon in the bowling lanes as they hit a local bowling alley in Malta. But they didn’t have to worry about being seen in public.
