The latest monthly report from Land Title Guarantee Company is a statistical jumble, with a relative handful of sales making up most of the dollar volume for the month. For instance, sales of $1 million or less accounted for 81 percent of the 97 completed sales, but just 33 percent of the dollar volume.
Just four sales of $5 million or more accounted for nearly one-third of the residential sales volume. For the year so far, sales of $2 million or more account for 54 percent of the sales volume.
The biggest individual sales came from Vail. The biggest was at the Chalets at the Lodge at Vail — $12.5 million — followed by an $8.15 million sale at One Vail Road.
