The Boulder County Coroner’s Office identified the man who died Saturday in a single-car wreck on the Diagonal Highway as 21-year-old Stephen Kramer of Fort Lupton.
A passerby discovered a white Toyota Camry in a grove of trees off the highway just north of IBM Drive at about 3:15 p.m. Saturday with Kramer’s body inside.
Investigators reported Saturday that the crash likely happened the evening before. According to a Boulder police report, the car was traveling at high speeds before it crashed.
