Police in Colorado Springs responding early this morning to a report of a shooting found a man’s body.
At about 12:30 a.m. officers were called to the 4900 block of Hackamore Drive South, the Colorado Springs Police Department said in a media release.
When police arrived they found the body of a man in front of a home.
“All parties involved in this incident have been contacted and are being interviewed,” police said.
The El Paso County Coroner’s Office will perform an autopsy on the body. The man’s name has not been released.
An investigation is ongoing, police said.
