Shereen Nieves faces attempted murder charges when she appears in court on Monday.
Police say Jesus Gutierrez was fighting with a group of women outside a bar in Pueblo last week when an SUV drove by and Gutierrez was stabbed.
Gutierrez’s stomach fell out as he was running to a friend’s house. Doctors were unable to reattach his stomach, according to KRDO-TV.
