After a year’s hiatus from racing, Icke captured Saturday’s Rocky Mountain Midget Racing Association’s feature at El Paso County Fairgrounds Speedway in Calhan.
Icke, from Littleton, became just the fourth RMMRA driver to win one of this year’s six races, joining Bryan Clauson (two wins), Tony Rossi (two) and Keith Rauch. Still, Icke sits last in the 21-driver standings because he has competed in just one race.
Icke cruised to last weekend’s win over Rauch, Bob Harr, Chris DeShon and Greg Schaefer.
