The Dream Centers of Colorado Springs, a collaboration of New Life Church and other faith-based organizations, businesses and service agencies, will hold a communitywide celebration of the opening of its women’s health clinic from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday outside the new facility at 4360 Montebello Drive.
The DCCD Women’s Clinic will offer free primary care to uninsured women, ages 18 to 65, including diagnosis and treatment of respiratory illnesses, diabetes, hypertension and coronary artery disease. It will provide cholesterol and triglycerides testing and well exams.
Regular clinic hours — noon to 8 p.m. Mondays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays — begin Monday.
