A 43-year-old Boulder man is facing a charge of unlawful sexual contact after police say he peered through a window at a partially clad woman while she slept – and then was assaulted by a resident of the condominium.
Jose Antonio Hernandez was arrested in the 2700 block of Valmont Road early Tuesday after neighbors told police he got into a fight with Michael Zeller, 23.
Zeller told police he spotted Hernandez looking at the woman, who was sleeping in her underwear.
Zeller was cited for third-degree assault.
