The Colorado Division of Real Estate and the Board of Mortgage Loan Originators reached an agreement Friday with Jill Evans, revoking her licence. In addition, Evans was ordered to pay a fine of $11,000 and $24,000 in restitution. The division investigated complaints against Evans, a former mortgage-loan originator and operator of Paramount Mortgage, that she took payments upfront for mortgage services and failed to complete the transactions.
