Salud Family Health Center in Commerce City and other community health centers are now looking to hire thousands of new workers, specifically doctors, to help fill the growing need, said Tillman Farley, medical services director for Salud. The goal, he said, is to add about 5,000 employees by 2014, when health care reform is fully implemented.
