For the seventh consecutive month this year, lodging occupancy in Colorado has climbed over last year. The Rocky Mountain Lodging Report for July by the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association showed 76 percent occupancy in the state’s 1.63 million rooms. That’s up from 74.4 percent occupancy in July 2010. The average daily rate climbed to $122.64.
