E.B. Lane, a Phoenix-based advertising and public relations agency, has acquired Denver’s HenryGill Communications and will have offices in Phoenix and Denver.
The combined companies will have 80 employees and capitalized billings of $85 million.
In making the announcement, Beau Lane, E.B. Lane’s chief executive officer, noted that E.B. Lane has had a mutually beneficial relationship with HenryGill for the past 30 years. The firms have worked together for more than a decade on national clients, such as Dairy Queen and Paramount Pictures.
“As an independent agency, this acquisition has created a unique position for us,” said Lane. “Merging the talent, and the strategic and creative resources from both firms will attract national brands.”
David Henry, president of HenryGill, said that he has known Lane for more than 25 years and that Beau Lane is known for his honesty and integrity.
Among the E.B. Lane’s clients are the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, the Arizona Cardinals, the Arizona Lottery, Harkins Theaters, RockResorts International and Xanterra Parks & Resorts.
