A school cafeteria may seem like an unlikely venue for a fundraiser as nice as the Kempe Foundation Alliance’s annual summer extravaganza, Salt on the Rim. Then again, few school cafeterias are as cool as Kent Denver School’s new dining hall. It sits on a bluff overlooking a gorgeous chunk of Cherry Hills Village real estate, and opens to a terrace patio that was a perfect gathering spot for the 300 guests to enjoy the fiesta-themed food and drink supplied by a host of area restaurants.
