ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — All 11 of Atlantic City’s casinos are shutting down as Hurricane Irene moves toward the resort city and the rest of New Jersey. It’s only the third time they have closed en masse. Gov. Chris Christie announced Friday that the casinos would have to close by noon today.
