Good girl Nova is saddled with bad-sad-and-dreamy guy Jesse in this Disney-manufactured trifle aimed at the Justin Bieber base. Class prez Nova (Aimee Teegarden) may save prom, but a couple of nice touches can’t spring “Prom” from a remedial class in cliches.The best thing going for it: a clique of appealing performers.
