Denver-based StarTek, which provides customer-service support for a variety of companies, said Wednesday that it is hiring more than 130 people at its Greeley facilities over the next two months.
The company said that skilled employees are needed for two lines of StarTek business — one involving support for a new client and the other for expansion of StarTek services.
More than 30 positions will provide phone, e-mail and chat technical support and customer-care services for a new, state-of-the-art GPS pet-tracking device, according to the company.
The 100 positions are for a business-to-business sales program that offers base pay and uncapped commissions.
“We need to hire aggressively over the next few months to meet our client needs,” said Richard Winters, site director for StarTek in Greeley. “All the positions offer the potential for advancement. We also pay for training, which will help individuals quickly learn the necessary job skills.”
StarTek has centers in North America, Costa Rica and the Philippines.
