Citywide Banks on Monday said it has signed an agreement with Advantage Bank to acquire Advantage’s branch in Boulder.
“This move is a natural extension of our service footprint,” said Kevin Quinn, president and chief executive of Citywide Banks.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, and the transaction must be approved by federal regulators.
The Boulder branch on Canyon Boulevard will be the 14th branch for locally owned Citywide Banks.
