A 24-year-old Denver man has died from injuries suffered earlier this month when he fell while trying to scale the outside of his apartment building. According to a police report, Jeremy Shipley lost the keys to his apartment in the 1600 block of Fillmore Street and decided to climb up the side of the building to his balcony. He fell about 40 feet.
