DENVER—Federal authorities and Denver police have rounded up 16 people for firearms or drug violations.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says the defendants are members or associates of various local gangs in Denver.
Four defendants arrested on federal charges were indicted earlier this week by a federal grand jury in Denver.
During the investigation, authorities said they bought 27 firearms.
