State banking regulators today revoked the broker-dealer license to O&G Securities, Inc.
The Colorado Division of Securities also revoked the securities license of Mary Martha Simpso, one of the company’s principals, Banking and Securities Commissioner Fred Joseph said in a statement.
The revocations came following an investigation into allegations the company illegally offered unregistered securities to Colorado investors.
O&G operated as an exclusive broker-dealer for Champ Oil Company in Denton, Texas.
