The assets of Greenwood Village-based Open Range Communications will be auctioned Nov. 14, under procedures approved Wednesday by a Delaware bankruptcy court judge.
Open Range, which operated a wireless broadband network, secured a “stalking horse” agreement in which Minnesota-based Internet service provider will submit the opening bid of $2 million.
