OMAHAAIR FORCE ACADEMY — Matt White and Jayson Megna had two goals apiece as Nebraska-Omaha blew a three-goal lead but rallied to beat Colorado College 7-5 on Friday in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.

Trailing 5-4 midway through the third, the Mavericks (5-4-0, 4-1-0) got goals by Megna and Ryan Walters 24 seconds apart to take the lead. White added an empty-netter.

UNO scored three times in the first 7:39 of the game to go up 3-0. But Colorado College (4-1-0, 2-1-0) roared back with two goals by Nick Dineen and a flurry of goals late in the second period. The Tigers scored three times in two minutes to go up 5-4.

Michael Young and Terry Broadhurst had a goal and two assists each for UNO.

Jaden Schwartz assisted on two Colorado College goals.

Air Force 2, Sacred Heart 1 John Kruse scored the game-winner early in the third period after Ryan Timar centered the puck, leaving Kruse to tip it in.

Air Force (4-2-2, 3-0-1 Atlantic Hockey), opened the scoring with a first-period power play when Chad Demers collected a loose puck in front of the Pioneers’ (0-7-0, 0-3-0) net and fired it past goalie Stephen Legattto.
