Peter Yarrow, of the ’60s folk band Peter, Paul and Mary, will perform Saturday in Denver to promote Operation Respect, his anti-bullying foundation and school curriculum.
The one-hour presentation at The Denver Post building, 101 W. Colfax Ave., will include a brief musical performance and Yarrow’s personal testimony on the negative effects of bullying.
The educational materials and event are both free and open to the public. Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis. As of Friday afternoon, there were about 100 seats available for the event, which runs from 10 a.m. to noon.
The event is being organized in conjunction with Denver Post Educational Services.
