All charges have been dropped against a 21-year-old Denver woman accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail at a Denver police cruiser during an anti-police march May 6.

Amelia Nicol was initially accused of attempted murder on two officers, but in June a Denver judge dropped that charge, as well as charges of second-degree arson, criminal mischief and inciting a riot.

Nicol still faced a felony charge of possessing an explosive device, as well as misdemeanor counts of attempted assault and resisting arrest, but those charges were dismissed by the Denver district attorney’s office Sept. 15, court records show.
