DENVER—A woman suspected of biting two people inside a convenience store has been arrested.
Denver police say officers Wednesday arrested 30-year-old Emi Leyonia Coleman on suspicion of unlawful sexual contact and two counts of third-degree assault.
Police say a woman matching Coleman’s description walked into the store Nov. 7 and inappropriately touched a man from behind and bit him on the neck. She then asked a female clerk for a hug and bit her on the neck.
Police say the bites left a mark, though it’s unclear whether they drew blood.
A message left at a phone number listed Coleman was not immediately returned. It is unclear whether she has hired an attorney.
