Starting next fall, Denver Seminary will offer a new master of arts in justice and mission degree, the only degree of its kind in Colorado.
Studies will focus on analyzing social justice issues around the world through the lens of the biblical mandate “to love the poor, orphaned, widowed, foreigner and forgotten,” seminary officials say.
The curriculum, which will provide field-based learning opportunities globally, includes standard core classes for a master of arts to equip students with the necessary theological foundation as well as classes specifically on justice and mission topics.
